"New" along with "Inherit from", as Dieter said, or just drag the style where
you want it to be inherited from.

"Duplicate" would give the wrong clue as it means to _copy_ attributes. In fact
the new style has just a different name, at the beginning, and you _overwrite_
individual attributes.
