--- Comment #1 from V Stuart Foote <vstuart.foote at utsa.edu> ---
I've no great objection, so long as the current Standard color theme remains
the base cross module.

Minor concern with using sets of "Named" color themes (of 12 fixed colors-DK1,
LT1, DK2, LT2, ACCENT1, ACCENT2, ACCENT3, ACCENT4, ACCENT5, ACCENT6, HLINK,
FOLHLINK) is the general lack of applied color theory for the themes--no logic
or functional design in the sets of color that get chosen to go into a
theme--either what we'd provide as new "Named" color themes, or what gets
passed in and mapped from os/DE.

Current Standard, Tonal and freecolour-hlc palettes are formula generated color
sets--reproducible and suitable in any part of the UI.

Overall not too much of an issue as all colors are either HEX RGB, or decimal
equivs of the RGB. And get recorded to ODF as hex RGB.

If we extend ODF with a fixed set of color labels (assume that is going to be
needed) then I guess the "Theme" can be embedded into the documents--and we'd
want to handle it consistent to OOXML's encoding (if any) for better
interoperability.
