Version: 7.4.2.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 1726efbecd001a1fe871cba3e00e71283688f34d
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE
Calc: threaded

I agree, that this should be considered as a bug, bug let's also check by
design-team
