I support the idea to search not only in the "Label" property of a command but
also in context, popup and in particular the tooltip labels. However, this
wouldn't return .uno:FontDialog since it has no tooltip assigned, yet.

If the idea goes beyond that and you imagine some maintained list of keyword -
command association I don't think this is going to fly.
