[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 141692] When Tabbed interface is applied to all apps, you still have to enter each app to turn on or off the MenuBar individually instead of applying to all.

So, do you want an opportunity to menu bar in Tabbed UI enable for all modules
at once? 

My PoV here -> we shouldn't have the menu bar in Tabbed UI at all, but should
have the opportunity to change UI to another by only one icon pressing
