So, you can define such a shortcut via the menus, Tools | Customize | Keyboard
tab. You choose the "Unordered List" command and choose a shortcut.
Please make an argument regarding why you believe such a shortcut should be
defined by default.
Personally, I feel that bulleting is important enough in presentation to merit
having keyboard shortcut of its own, so +1 from me.
