Code pointer:
sw/uiconfig/*/toolbar/previewobjectbar.xml (should be self-explanatory)
There are 6 view variants (resp. folders) with this toolbar, plus one
singlemode-printpreview.xml. To find all, use git grep ".uno:ShowBookview"
