Chapter No to Heading No is clearly on the todo list. But I don't see why we
have to change the E# into H#. It adds a lot of confusion, although it seems
the E# has been chosen randomly. And, these identifiers are not localized.
Side note: funny, how it was explained for AOO: "The E# button represents the
“chapter number”, which means the heading number, not just for chapters but
also for other levels of headings."
