a Word compatibility issue. Then I'd keep it only for documents imported from
doc(x).
Writer has its own way to handle this: asymmetrical margins which are
alternated either with the "mirrored" parameter in a single page style, or with
two linked page styles with switched margins.
So I'd hide the setting for native documents. But I am not sure about its
usefulness in imported documents.
Regarding the top binding, it is clearly immature and must handled with "dirty"
workarounds. I can live with them.
