Not a fan of adding options to system dialogs in general but since we manage
saving by this it's reasonable for open as well.

The alternative to checkboxes is to have different dialogs, one with options
the other "direct" as known from printing. Or to provide options in an extra
dialog, document properties come in mind, which wouldn't solve the loading at
all.
