There is no reason that the button name/description (only shown when selecting
the  button controls that will be visible on the toolbar) should match the
tooltip.

The name/description should not "wrap" or expand the "Visible button" dialog
overly wide--but up to a quarter of the screen is fine.

The "Visible button" selection is not in continual use, and is only for
configuring the Toolbar.

IMHO => NAB and no reason to force awkward relabeling for what is a
configuration tool and not a UI for usage.
