We discussed the topic in the design meeting.

The suggestion to automatically pick a file name would contradict the decision
for the document name. It might be sensitive info and is usually not suited for
a document name. So here the verdict is WF.

Regarding the idea to automatically create several PDF files it could be a
checkbox below "All" with the label "[ ] Individual files for every sheet", or
the like. But the option should be off the default. The documents could be
named according the given name plus the worksheet label, for example
Untitled_1_Sheet1.pdf.
