This is similar to the already-implemented bug 154211: range selection using
elements in the navigator.
Given that the navigator does not have a page listing (only a jump-to feature),
and that it wouldn't make sense to list hundreds of pages, it can't be
implemented in the same way.

Just like we can print a range (or selection) of pages, I think it makes sense
to make it easy to select the contents of a range (or selection) of pages.

Jim and Design/UX team, what do you think?
