We discussed the topic in the design meeting.

The use case is not clear since Insert > Cross-reference works as well as
creating an alphabetical index per concordance File. Sounds like sufficient
methods are available and the bookmark dialog does not hinder the workflow. 

Does the suggestions help, Frank, or have we missed some point?
