Table with various vertical alignments. Tried to mark the deviation from the
expected result; Eyal had probably the first in mind where Mono is not exactly
at the baseline but since all other have more or less serious issues I could
imagine it's caused by the same code.

Interestingly MSO does not much better and I wonder how the same table looks
with Latex or Scribus.
