LO 7.5.3 on a 4K system win10 os/DE at 325% scale

compare the attached clips of SC from a Win10 w/4K display system--one at 325%,
and the other at 175% os/DE scaling

amount the thumbnails are scaled differs from amount the mime type icons are
scaled.
