Adding see also bug 54169 (for related <Alt> modifier hide/expose of mnemonic
underlining) where Mike notes <Alt> behavior for exposing accelerators in
dialogs in cmnt 59, suggesting Notepad be our reference.
We're already there (matching Notepad use) for handling of key actions in the
dialog--requiring the <Alt>
