[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 157142] The formula input field and the selected cell field above the top of the spreadsheet should be populated at all times when the Calc window is available for viewing.

I see the affect, but I do not see an issue.

Simply put the program edit cursor (what has os/DE keyboard input focus) shifts
to the active component, and the sc Formula bar loses focus and stops displaing
its input content. It regains it when os/DE edit cursor focus is shifted back
to calc. 

How is this incorrect, only one component has os/DE edit cursor focus at a
time--it would actually be incorrect if on shifting focus away from calc the
Formula bar remained active.
