I don't see a placeholder. Assuming this is a content control with plain text
we do use placeholder text "Click here to enter text" (apparently with no
option to change this) and on click the whole control is selected. And actually
the same happens when I do it with MS Word, which is quite confusing. What
exactly should happen when, besides the sample document?
