UX/Design team, what do you think?
Something like "suppress space between print ranges"? Sounds prone to
complications.
I also tested printing only "selected cells" to no avail: it prints whatever is
in between the ranges too.
As a cumbersome workaround:
1. Hide columns/rows
2. Define a single print range
3. Print
