(Sorry for above typo: "many entry" --> "menu entry")

A similar functionality exists already today with a static menu entry: 
name=".uno:ActiveHelp", <value xml:lang="en-US">~Extended Tips</value>.
When extended tips are active, this menu entry shows a check mark in front. Not
really intuitive for the inexperienced user, but still some small hint of
change.
