Example

Example document: add more data on Col A & B like A5=C, B5=rand.nv() and
refresh the first pivot table: it will grow into the second (regardless the
confirmation box is denied).

The request is to probably push the second table downwards (sorry, haven't read
the latest comment in detail). Sounds not flexible and heavily error-prone.
