Not a heavy user of the MUFFIN NB mode, but I've no issue with the duplicated
'Field' button currently on both the 'Insert' and 'References' tabs. It makes
sense with either workflow--inserting a desired field, or using field objects
in reference layout.

Though if it were to be pruned, I'd drop it from references tab.
