[Bug 161765] EDITING: Copying cells in Calc doesn't show marching ants animation, neither in default configuration nor regardless of the expert option "AnimationsEnabled", unless the OS’s "Show animations" setting is switched on.

When solving this bug the following question needs to be answered: 
Should positive or negative logic be used?
a) Enable/Allow e.g. animations
b) Disable/Forbid/Reduce e.g. animations:
Positive logic is generally easier to understand (at least for
non-programmers).

2. Then the suitable wording will be clearer.

3. Perhaps a better wording of the label could be: “Enable other Animations”.
“other” meaning other than the animation settings above.
