It depends how you understand the requirement "with the text" and "not the
bullet or number." My understanding of "with the text" is "underneath the text
of the first line" rather than "underneath the bullet/number." Unfortunately
they don't give an example to clarify. But my understanding is at least
plausible. I'll try to check the major style guides at some point.
