The first item is Data > Validity... > Allow = All values, Whole Numbers,
Decimal, Date, Time, Cell range, List, Text Length, Custom. And "Integer" is
the proper term here.

The second was introduced with bug 126573 and actually Whole Number replaced by
Integer in https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/167645 but not for the
tooltip. Don't know how to show it, though.
