The conclusion does not follow from the premise. That is, when importing a CSV,
I often want all rows to have the same height, regardless of the contents -
even if some cells have multiple line breaks. It's often more convenient to
browse the contents that way (especially when the columns you're interested in
are not the multiline ones, and not even just then).
This is similar to how developers read commit logs and look at only the first
line of the commit comment even if it's a multi-line comment.
