Meaning you assume users to create many color schemes. Doubt that.

We should wait until the new customization/personalization is implemented [1].
Idea is to make both app and system colors extenionizable, essentially bug
125217.

And still, I see no convincing use case to frequently switch between color
schemes, neither here not on bug 161041.
