To make the Bullets and Numbering dialog more user friendly, it would be
perhaps desirable to remove the main types „Bullet“ „Graphics“ „Linked
graphics“ from the Number list, and add these options as buttons at the top of
the dialog. 
„Numbering“ type can be added as a fourth button. 
This would make them more discoverable and it would feel less „strange“ when
the other controls of the dialog are exchanged upon choosing a different type.
