But we can't click select any cells in sd Impress/Draw tables, only mouse drag
selection.

But agree, click multi-selection of Impress table cells is lacking and this
seems a dupe of bug 142543

And don't believe we can currently select discontiguous cells outside of Calc
(where <Ctrl> and <Shift> affect different selection range vs individual cells)
and Writer cell drag selection currently will always be in contiguous range.

But the "range" Multi-selection would probably be mouse click with <Shift> key
not <Control>, see bug 121076 around that issue. And if sd/sw were to support
discontiguous table cell selections that should probably follow calc and use
<Ctrl> for the multi-selection.
