*Any* design decision that depends on localizable string length is simply
invalid.
Here, it would possibly be better if the placeholder text just would fit
automatically, not try to expand the frame - even if the frame is set otherwise
to resize to fit text. So this could be a bug.

Of course, a small shortening of the translation could be possible, like
"Нажмите, чтобы добавить текст", but that's not useful.
