Suspect OP's issue is that the widgets assembled into the 'View' Notebook Bar
of the Tabbed UI does not include ALL of the controls found on the main menu's
'View' menu.

It is provided for as noted. But, lack of direct parity between the View tab
and the View menu can be an irritant. But given the NB framework there never
can be.

Still => NAB and likely => WF if it were.
