I think this is a reasonable request. 

Of course, the question would be: Where will this option be available? If it's
under Tools > Options... , the discoverability would be very low; if on the
menus of the Start Center, then - which menu? not File nor Help, for sure, Does
it fit in Tools? Not really, no. So, another menu? 

Alternatively, it could be a toggle on the toolbar-that's-not-quite-a-toolbar,
which currently contains the Filter drop-down listbox and the hamburger menu.
Not sure what I think about that.
