Personally, if I was encountering it in the context menu for the first time,
"before" would be a bit confusing to me initially but I would figure it out
fairly quickly, I suppose.

It would be much more user friendly, in my opinion, if in the case of an rtl
spreadsheet the item read "Freeze columns to the right", unless it's too
difficult to implement.
