I don't think we _need_ to add all kind of chart types. LibreOffice is not as
replacement for proper statistical tools - you also don't expect Calc to do all
kind of statistics, that eventually result in a plot. OTOH, if volunteers want
to add this kind of plot I see no blocker. And if some work needs to be done
beforehand, make this ticket depending on it.
