Hmm, you got me there! I was 'taken' by the screenshot of what is supposedly a
straight-up Excel chart. It turns out Excel doesn't support them directly; but
you can achieve the effect by creating an area chart from a derivative table of
your original data, as explained e.g. in this video tutorial:

this can probably be done in LibreOffice too; but it would be better if it were
supported directly.
