I have no trouble selecting the individual draw shapes, toggling into drag mode
(white 4-arrow cross pointer) to effect a drag. Or just using the cursor
movements (Up,Dwn,Left,Right or their <Shift> enhanced moves).
If I need more precision in the grab, for a tiny object, I simply zoom in on
the canvas. <Ctrl>+<MouseWheel>, or via keyboard with shortcut
<Ctrl><Shift><PgUp> (.uno:ZoomPlus), or via the Zoom slider on the Status bar.
But, I suppose it would be possible to implement an explicit "Move" mode
toggle, reached via the shape object's context menu, rather than just pointer
target as now. But not clear that gives workflow a more precise control than
already available.
So maybe?
