When changing the table width it also adjusts the other spinedit controls such
as left/right in case of centered alignment. It's done at ValueChangedHdl() in
sw/source/ui/table/tabledlg.cxx; but what sounds tricky is to apply changes in
the edit dialog on the canvas.
