Why would you need to crop proportionally? We still talk about cropping not
scaling, which is done at "Position and Size".

And changing the value under "Scale" (admittedly a bit misleading; pretty sure
we talked about this, maybe at bug 143635 or bug 143037) changes the absolute
values under "Image Size" (tab out of the control or click into some other).
