We don't for empty paragraphs or with content in just one direction. Adding the
indicator means you don't know what character you will type - maybe happening
when switching the keyboard layout. But such OS/DE-level function needs a
proper indication there, and is to my knowledge done nicely. => NAB/WF (please
resolve yourself)
