Reopening this for the considerable privacy issue (of leaking entire PDF source
documents) given current attention to the ipdf filter handling of a PDF tree.
@Tomaž, @Jaume -- could you keep this privacy issue in mind while handling the
embedded PDF held in ODF archive along with the extracted page images. Provide
ability for the parsing to fully extract the source PDF pages that are
inserted, rather than keeping the entire source PDF.
