Normally, a change improves things, but here it's the opposite, right?
In version 24, by default, we have three different bullet levels, which are
very useful for knowing which level we're at (1, 2, or 3). Starting with
version 25, they're indistinct; we always have the same bullet point regardless
of the level... the document loses a lot of readability.

Yes, default bullet level handling was changed.

You can use the Customize tab of the 'Bullets and Numbering...' dialog and from
the Number: -> Bullet, Character style: Bullets and the Special Characters
Dialog... char map to create the marker for each indentation level of an
unordered list.

The new default of using the same character by default for unordered list is
actually more efficient and frankly more appealing.

Users can customize the Unordered list levels if desired, or can use the new
unnumbered outline format if that is appealing.
