We discussed the topic in the design meeting.

The command .uno:PrintPreview has the label "Print Preview" (shown under File
in the main menu) and the tooltip "Toggle Print Preview". Removing "Print"
sounds wrong received no support during the discussion. "Show Print Preview"
was suggested, which does not tackle the issue and would be wrong in case the
preview is visible (and the function toggles it to hidden).

So the verdict is to recommend not changing the string.
