No, they are currently two independent Sidebar Decks.

They could possibly be merged as Content panels on a single SB deck as shown,
but don't see any real advantage to doing so.

I'd rather see the Properties deck further developed, e.g. for working with the
OLE formula in other modules, and integrate the sm Symbols dialog with the svx
Special Character dialog for picking out glyphs for formula symbols from
alternate fonts.
