Me is confused as well. What exactly do you expect to be opened on hover? And
if you really have the tabs in mind I wonder where this expectation comes from.
MSO does not change the UI on hover - for good reason IMO. Imagine you
accidentally move the cursor around and hit another tab... which is quite
likely.
