You may not know but I've translated (from our German friends) some 
tests for 3.3 QA here:

As you see, it's a very light testing, it's less than the sanity tests 
we were doing on OOo, and I've asked our l10n team to run them on their 
localized builds.

For the next release it would be great to have a TCM with l10nQA and 
general QA tests.
