[Libreoffice] LibreOffice 3.3 release blockers / stoppers

I [still] don't know how to submit bugs on bugzilla, but

is the bug that causes "libreoffice hangs when opening oxt from command
line" fixed yet?

if I do

libreoffice qu_EC.oxt

(to install the qu_EC dictionary extension)

then libreoffice opens, shows me the extension manager and the license
text, and .. hangs. 

Adding extensions works ok if done from the menu, just not from the
cmdline.

My version is 
LibreOffice 3.3.0 
OOO330m9 (Build:1)
libreoffice-build 3.2.99.2
