What are you building ?, master version or some 3.3 branch.

If you're using master as checked out and configured as per
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Native_Build
then you have a libo/desktop/source/deployment/gui dir where "desktop"
is a link to libo/clone/libs-core/desktop
