[Libreoffice] [PATCH] Standard-color-palette-updates

Dear Christoph,

I wanted to include the "original" palette, but:

* This palette is not complete, I miss some other cool colors
* For compatibility reason I would like to keep the legacy palette
* For consistency I would include Chart color too

If you want I would create patch that contains the LibreOffice colors,
then chart colors and finally the legacy color palette.
