sortof the former, not responsible exactly for this file but I know that
it is waiting on some field related work ( yet in ooo-build I believe )
which is why currently there is no entry in the makefile :-/ Probably
worth putting some conditional in the makefile to make its omission more
obviously intentional ( which I'll do tomorrow )
